Job Title: CNC lathe operator/setter

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Hours: Thursday 8am-4.30pm & Friday 8am – 3.30pm

Location: Lincolnshire

Our client are experts in the supply and manufacture of hydraulic motors and are based in Lincolnshire. They are currently looking for a CNC lathe operator/setter to join their already well established team.

Duties Include:

Working to very close limits (typically within 0.01mm) setting a range of machines
Setups can be from a simple pin to complex parts involving multi axis operations.
The Ideal Candidate:

Experience in Engineering an advantage but full training will be given
Keen eye for detail and dedication to continuous improvement
Willingness to undertake training and learn new skills
Positive “can do” attitude to work and new challenges
Team player who can communicate and work well with others
