Salary:  Negotiable depending upon experience

Our client is an up market Bar-Restaurant in a beautiful setting on Retford Town Square. Due to continued success, our client is currently looking to hire a creative and professional chef to join our experienced kitchen team.

The restaurant is open 7 days a week from 10am and the food ranges from bistro style lunch service to contemporary European dining with a twist. Our client’s focus is upon quality, freshness, modernity and great presentation.

This role is open to all levels including:

  • Commis Chef.
  • Sous Chef.
  • Apprentice Chef.
  • Chef de Partie.

To be successful in joining our team you will need:

  • 12+ months experience within a professional kitchen.
  • Qualified or studying for level 2 in Professional Cookery.
  • Creative and passionate about food.
  • Hard working and motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Understanding of basic food hygiene.
  • Able to work weekends and 5 days out of 7, up to 45 hours per week.
