Location: Saffron Walden
Hours: 30.5 to 48 Hours per week
Salary: £20.00 /hour plus Paid Breaks

Our client is a well established care home in the heart of Saffron Walden, Essex that prides themselves on their staff high levels of empathy and care for their residents.

Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) in our client’s flagship Elderly care facility.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• To provide care and support for individual residents as prescribed in their plan of care.
• To be a key worker to nominated residents.
• To be responsible for recording all care and support within care plans and communicating to senior staff any health concerns.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Will possess a nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin number.
• Will have previous experience working as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a Care Home environment (desirable but not essential).
• Professional, approachable, honest, friendly, keen, enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards service users. Confident and able to contribute constructively to a team working environment.
• Sensitive to the needs of others and to the sick or infirm.
• An active team player but also able to work on own initiative.
• Calm and reflective in a crisis.
• Ability to work in sometimes stressful situations.
