You must be enthusiastic, confident and competent with a demonstrable experience of managing bars and supervising full and part time staff groups to a high standard in the absence and in supporting the Club Bar Manager and under their direct supervision where necessary. This role also requires excellent levels of providing positive professional service to the members and visitors of the club.

This post would also suit an experienced bar person who wishes to progress into Management in the hospitality industry and full training will be given.
