Our client is a small but well-established company, who have been in business for nearly 30 years.   They employ 15 personnel, and due to continued success, our client is currently offering the position for a permanent Audio Typist/Admin Assistant to the right candidate, based at their offices on Greenacres Road, Oldham.

Location: – Oldham

Salary:               £9.00 per hour, wages are paid monthly.

Working Hours: –Monday to Friday.  Minimum 20 hours per week – Maximum 35 hours.  Please state hours you could work.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountability:

  • Typing, both audio and copy, ensuring correct spellings, grammar and presentation.
  • Completing company questionnaires.
  • Ensuring that all written correspondence is saved in the correct company folder.
  • Maintaining confidentiality when corresponding of a private matter.
  • Scanning & copying documents.
  • Filing.
  • Cover for answering the phones and reception duties (holidays, sickness, breaks etc.,)
  • General office duties when required.
  • Other administration tasks as necessary.

Software used: Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

Required Skills & Experience:

  • MUST have experience of audio typing
  • MUST experience in Microsoft Word
  • Must have experience of working in administration
