Assistant Area Manager Required (Must be from a Commercial Cleaning Background)
To cover multiple area’s within London.
Salary: £25K – £27K per annum.
We have an exciting and challenging role available for someone looking for their first step onto the managerial ladder.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is currently working within the commercial cleaning sector as an established supervisor in a demanding environment, responsible for a team of people.
There will be the opportunity to quickly progress to an Area Manager with responsibility for your own portfolio if you are able to demonstrate you have the right attitude, drive and ambition to succeed in a fast pace environment whilst maintaining high standards of service.
For this demanding role, you will need to be highly organised, computer literate and have sound communication skills. You should hold a full driving licence as you will be required to travel from site to site. A company vehicle will be provided.
As an Assistant Area Manager you will be required to support the existing Area Managers in their duties, including site cleaning inspections, client meetings, rosters, payroll, managing holidays and sickness.
You will have the opportunity to manage your own work schedule, Monday to Friday, with the need for flexibility in the mornings, evenings and some weekends subject to the demands of the role.
