Description:

Due to expansion, our client is currently looking for a hungry tenacious Advertising Sales Executive with outstanding organisational skills to maximise revenue across our publications specialising in the mortgage and bridging sectors.

This is a varied role involving new business, account management and plenty of client contact.

This vacancy will ideally suit someone who can work on their own initiative, with a great telephone manner, strong presentation skills, a passion for media sales, and is now looking for more autonomy and opportunity to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Both phone and face to face based sales role
  • Influence top level decision makers within marketing departments and agencies
  • Provide solutions based proposals to existing clients but also have business development skills to target new opportunities
  • Selling display, classified advertising, and content marketing across various websites
  • Good understanding of online advertising and marketing
  • In addition to selling online advertising, candidate would be tasked with managing online campaigns and inventory levels.
  • Selling email, and events across the market place
  • Directly account managing own portfolio of clients and projects (agency and direct client)
  • Financial sector experience desirable not a necessity
  • Competitive commission structure based on achieving KPIs set by the commercial manager.
  • Reporting to commercial manager on a regular basis.

  • Excellent commercial and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • 1-2 years Advertising Sales experience essential
