Admin/Secretarial/Book-keeper

Our client, a firm of progressive Chartered Accountants based in the Southside of Glasgow has an opening and is currently looking for an Admin/Secretarial/Book-keeper to come and join their team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work for a modern forward thinking organisation.

Salary:Competitive, dependant on Experience

Location:Southside of Glasgow

 

Hours of work:  Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

 

The Role:

Office administration duties including the following:

  • Answering telephone calls and making appointments
  • Maintaining registers of client books and records coming in to the office and being returned to clients
  • Audio typing skills
  • Scanning of old files and current filing of client information both manually and by way of virtual filing

Book keeping duties in terms of assisting with:

  • Allocating payments and receipts into Sage 50
  • Posting of invoices into Sage 50
