ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ~ PART TIME
Fixed Term Contract ~ 1 year
pro-rata equivalent of FTE salary £15,268.50
6 hours a week
3 hours to be worked on a Monday and on a Friday
times to be agreed at interview
|We wish to welcome applications for the above position. Are you a proactive individual with demonstrable clerical/administrative experience, excellent IT and communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team?
We are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to support our existing team. The post holder will be responsible for the efficient entry and administration processes including housing benefits and rent entries for our residents aged between 16-25. There will be engagement with external stakeholders and you may also be communicating with residents that the Trust supports.
You must undertake an Enhanced DBS Check.
