Admin / Adviser support worker role
Location: Leicester LE2
Job Type: Part time 20 hours per week/Immediate vacancy
Our client exists to provide a range of services to support disadvantaged residents of the local area and environs to reach their full potential.
Due to growth, an Admin / adviser support worker role is now available with the company to carry out admin duties and provide support to caseworkers such as:
Scanning & photocopying client documents and storing to client files.
Assisting with incoming and outgoing communication between adviser, client and creditors.
Reviewing client cases and updating where needed.
Supporting advisers with responses to general enquiries.
Assisting with charity applications.
Providing cover for reception duties when required.
The Ideal Candidate:
Applicant must be reliable, patient and able to work to time scales / deadlines.
Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative is required.
Flexibility in working hours would be appreciated.
Good all round educational back ground required.
IT skills are essential. Applicant must be respectful of client confidentiality and a general understandingof data protection regulation is a MUST.
Previous experience in an advice setting maybe advantageous but is not essential.
