Acquisitions Manager

Due to our client’s expansion we are currently helping them in their search for a highly motivated individual with commercial property acquisition experience to identify and act upon opportunities with the aim to expand the business. You must be reliable, hardworking, have your own transport and be able to act upon your own initiative.

The key principles of the role:-

• To increase our client and its partner companies portfolios of suitable commercial property and land by establishing a network of contacts throughout the commercial sector.

• To actively seek out potential acquisitions before they reach the market place by building relationships with retail organisations, receivership companies and agencies.

• To establish a network of potential property dealers throughout the target geographical area, gain their knowledge and their requirements and use this information to help purchase land and/or property which can be turned around efficiently and profitably.

• To actively seek out prospective Self-Storage clients by developing contacts with local businesses and agencies within close proximity to our sites.
