Our client is a multi-disciplinary construction company working within the food and drink industry that work on sites all over the UK and due to constant expansion of the company, our client is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team based at their head office.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Credit card statements and receipts
  • Expense forms and receipts
  • Checking supplier statements against SAGE
  • Inputting invoices on SAGE and our paperless invoice system
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload
    • Filing and general office duties
    • Carry out any other duties as are reasonably required by the company

Essential Experience:


  • SAGE Line 50 experience is necessary
  • MUST have good knowledge of computer literacy

Location: Spalding

Salary: Competitive, Dependant on Experience

Hours: Monday – Friday 9-5, Part Time hour’s maybe considered
